AVP Performance Marketing

- As an Associate Vice President (AVP) Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to achieve key business objectives, optimizing campaign performance, and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. And building relevant partnerships that can help us grow the user base.

- Developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing

- Analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Building a robust paid marketing optimisation calendar and ensuring the insights are translated into actionable for the ad accounts and for the respective team members, and actively tracking the post optimisation reports for each such intervention.

- Build and nurture the performance marketing team in alignment with the business goals

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to develop compelling and effective data backed marketing campaigns

- Own the campaign structure across platforms bringing in uniformity in targeting, enabling product wise and audience wise ad flow for both top and bottom of the funnel.

- Keep a tab on the marketing analytics, and marketing campaign calendar for the year, ensuring timely execution in collaboration with the Brand & Content teams.

- Managing and monitoring marketing budgets, CAC and RoAS by each marketing activity, platform, channel, initiative, product, etc

- Conduct in depth data analysis on a weekly basis to bring out business insights, user insights, performance insights, that can help reduce CACs and increase conversion volumes.

- Exploring and building digital partnerships in the industry, in line with the marketing goals, managing end to end execution with each partner, monitor results on a daily/weekly basis, suggest optimisations throughout the relationship to improve the metrics.

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, identifying new opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
