- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team in strategic deliberations and to create a robust succession plan that is aligned to the organisation's strategic initiatives and objectives.
- Drive the PMS for the strategic talent by setting of KPIs, publishing the dashboard, and facilitating the governance process.
- Devise a Total Rewards Policy basis the latest industry trends, organization strategic goals and business objectives.
- Contribute and collaborate on key organizational initiatives.
- Partner with peer group within HR to ensure initiatives are aligned to the overall organizational vision and goals.
- Build and foster a cohesive working relationship among business functions.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure that the Strategy is aligned to the organisation's vision.
- Career Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning frameworks.
- Organization Design: Lead organizational design projects that improve people processes, structures, measures, governance, and accountabilities.
- Ensuring job design, role profiling, role to job mapping and capability definition including documentation of job description and employee mapping
