AVP - Payroll - India & US - Banking/BPO/IT/eCommerce

- End to end Experience in Payroll

- End to end knowledge in India payroll

- Very good Knowledge in India Payroll & an experience in US Payroll.

- Excellent communication.

- Team management: 10-30 people handling minimum.

- HR Operations

- Payroll

- HR shared services

Reporting: Head HR (for India Payroll)

- Global Head HR (For US Payroll).

- Any industry: Banking/BPO/IT/E Commerce.

- Minimum Headcount Managed: 6000

- Minimum wages

- Statutory compliance

- Complex salary structure

- CXO Stakeholder management

- Majorly he will handle India Payroll but also some headcount of US payroll.

- Experience in core India Payroll, HR Operations and Compliance

- Core experience and expertise into INDIA PAYROLL

- Knowledge in Minimum Wages Act is preferred

- Knowledge of Labour Compliance is preferred

- Knowledge of Payroll Compliance is preferred

- Knowledge of Statutory Compliance is preferred
