AVP - Payroll Compliance Manager - CA/ICWA - eCommerce

We are hiring for an e-commerce giant.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work with Compliance tools to provide management reporting and metrics

- Work with Compliance tools to effectively track all regular statutory requirements

-Discover and identify new areas of risk, and potential Non Compliance and manage to resolution and full Compliance

- Manage / facilitate in audits and exploratory sessions of the Operational payroll process and statutory requirements.

- Working closely with Payroll teams in all geographies,

- Conduct regular meetings with relevant departments, including Tax, Accounting, HR and Global Mobility.

Requirement :

- Payroll Compliance management experience across multiple geographies

- knowledge of international payroll tax and social security legislation

- Strong knowledge about cross border workers, tax treaties and other international employment legislation

- Experience of SOX compliance and responsibilities
