AVP - Partnership & Alliances - BFSI

Job Description:.

- Driving Digital partnership strategy and expanding Bank network for strategic alliances.

- Responsible for maintaining existing alliances partnerships, developing and analysing potential partnerships and onboarding new ones.

- Financial Due Diligence and Risk analysis of all the deals being entered into.

- Manage end to end partner relations including Pitching Negotiation.

- Contracting, Execution and monitoring.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as HUB, Product, Technology, Risk, Finance & Marketing to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the. success of partnership initiatives.

- Provide regular reporting and analysis to seniors.

- Achieving Annual operation plans on Business No & Portfolio performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- In business development or partnership management in NBFC, Bank or Fintech.

- Should be self-starter, results details oriented.

- Flexibility to work in a start-up environment and ability to solve problems.

Education : Bachelor/Masters degree from a tier 1 college only.

Age Limit: Below 40.

Reporting To: Senior VP.

Experience : 12 to 15 Years
