AVP - Partnership Alliances - BFSI

We are currently hiring for AVP Partnership Products- Mumbai

Requirement :

- MBA from a Premier B-school preferred but not mandatory

- Minimum 10 to 12 years experience in a BFSI domain in industry or consulting. At least 5-6 years in product management function in the lending/ credit vertical of a bank / credit institution Or atleast 7-8 years plus experience across diverse banking credit products with lending or portfolio management and 3-5 year workex on customer success within B2B SaaS products company with detailed understanding of banking products.

- Prior experience of working the Banking, Fintech and Insurance space is preferred

- Ability to understand different businesses and sectors to identify pain points in the same

- Prior experience leading GTM of B2B SaaS products

- Good at following up with people and strong relationship building capabilities

- Willing to travel

Job Description :

- Own Partnership driven products and solutions from a product management perspective

- Product - Help identify potential pain points where company can look to create new solutions based on credit bureau and other industry data, analytics and technology; Work with the partnership, product management and regional and global teams to understand best practices;

- Evaluate potential partnerships to enhance existing solutions or create new solutions; work with relevant teams to prioritise access to such data sources and formulation of alliances/partnerships Create and manage the joint product construct, roadmap and GTM.

- Weekly/monthly product reviews - enhancements or new developments;

- Product / Solution Development and Customer Management

- Work with the company or Partner technology team to plan for product and solution development/enhancements and releases;

- Analyse outputs from existing solutions in an ongoing manner to provide feedback internally as well as externally on the effectiveness of solutions; Ensure customer success by supporting adoption and usage of the product
