AVP - OTC - Billing - BPO

- Knowledge of end to end of OTC processes

- BPO/ITES industry exposure is must

- Responsibility of leading 100 FTEs in O2C domain under different sub processes

- Perform periodic customer reviews like overdue queues, exceptions and billing accuracy

- Clear billing backlog

- Maintain all relevant systems and reports with valid information

- Managing customer

- Handling all aspects of team management

- Knowledge/ Experience of Billing (like Bill data validation, Billing data input, Billing queues)
