AVP - OSP Lead - Oracle EBS (10-15 yrs)
Role and responsibilities :
- Understand internal customer needs and adopt a solution management approach.
- Plan future business needs in collaboration with key stakeholders. Oracle EBS experience
- Selecting, implementing and supporting OSP solutions. (examples are ERP Implementation, implementing school management system,data warehousing, HRIS implementation, ZOHO etc)
- Conduct Portfolio management of applications and undertake 3rd party services evaluation.
- Plan and manage upgrades and migrations.
- Product Vendor engagement and tracking their deliverables contract management .
- Leading team of application owners and mentoring them.
Experience and Qualification: B.Tech/ MBA with 10-15 years post qualification experience.
Desirable: Solid knowledge of off the shelf product lifecycle management. best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology.
Competencies: Working knowledge of various applications
Oracle EBS experience - General business and technology skills, industry knowledge OSP product portfolio management skills.
