AVP - Origination, Execution and Resolution - Real Estate Sector

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :

- Resolution of existing loan exposures in stress and ensuring maximum recovery. This includes having a thorough understanding of the client's business model, understanding of value of available security, figuring out options to maximize recovery, introducing new developers under various models (DM, JDA etc.), sale of assets, down selling/refinancing loan exposures etc

- Managing client relationships from origination to exit along with sourcing of new business Pan India. Understand client requirements and provide suggestions/ideas/product information

- Execution of transactions including documentation, ensuring compliance with various sanction as well as disbursement conditions

- Preparation of notes/ presentations to present investment opportunities to Investment Committee

- Origination, research, due diligence, financial analysis (including financial modelling), deal negotiation and execution of real estate development funding proposals (High yield) for projects across India

- Pursue potential high yield transactions for funding in real estate sector and assist in origination of High Yield Transactions in Real Estate Sector

- Structuring and documentation

- Post deal execution involvement and monitoring of the projects
