JOB TITLE: AVP – Organisational Development   MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To build an empowering culture of learning & development at the organizational level by amalgamating multilevel inputs from the organization, management, teams and individuals, and creating innovative avenues of building capabilities to deliver business goals.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES  Organization culture	  - Accountable for Organization culture initiatives.  - Responsible for implementation of Organization Cultural Inventory.  - Liaison with the Asian unit on annual survey and all the logistics around the same.  - Action planning based on findings.  - Analysis and sharing of findings.  - Stakeholder management.  - Driving culture promoting activities across the organization.  - Active participation in HR activities which influence the culture of the organization.  Satisfaction surveys	  - Lead for Employee satisfaction surveys in the organization.  - Work with Asian Unit in participation in Employee Survey administered across the region.  - Lead the Sales Satisfaction survey.  - Project management of the surveys.  - Data collation and analysis of the survey data.  - Lead to share and disseminate findings.  - Lead FGDs across the country along with Reg HR Managers  - Monitoring progress.  - Action planning based on other surveys  Talent 	  - Responsible for firms Talent identification process in India.  - Point of contact to Asian Unit on Talent process.  - Owner for implementation in the entity.  - Key stakeholder management  - Talent interview process  - Development planning for identified talent  - Review talent management structure on periodic basis.  - Crating and monitoring development plans. 	 Employee Engagement	  - Lead of all Employee Engagement activities in the entity.  - Creating philosophy, design and implementation of various engagement activities across the country.  - Working with Management on generic and specific issues and resolution.  - Project Management of various Engagement activities.  - Ownership of Satisfaction index.  Retention	  - Lead employee retention measures across the firm.  - Analysis and action planning based on exit data received via various methods.  - Drive cross functional and cross location projects.  - Participate and lead internal and external studies on Retention and best practices across companies and industry. 	 KEY CUSTOMERS:  - All functional / business managers   - Excomm  - OD team in RHR  - External Vendors  - All employees  WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITHIN BUSINESS UNITS:  - All HR sub – functions   - IT  - All functions  EXPERIENCE &QUALIFICATIONS 	 - MBA with 12+ years in HR, At least 4-5years in similar OD role in a mid -large size firm. Thorough understanding of OD interventions and its impact on business.
