AVP - Organisation Development/Effectiveness - BPO - XLRI/TISS

PS : We are looking for candidates from XLRI/TISS - Full Time - with 4 years plus experience post qualification

Should have prior experience in OD/OE initiatives and as part of the application can give a brief of the OD initiatives.

Role :

Expertise in various aspects of OE :

- Competency mapping and development across roles and streams

- Job analysis and structuring

- Career management processes and framework

- Development interventions

Performance management :

- Process, method and framework

- Developing goals and alignment to roles, levels and streams

- Developing systems and integration of the same for reward and growth

- Emp Climate surveys, analysis and - actionizing- design, development and implementation

- Capability mapping through roles and jobs clustering and talent skill mapping with development and cross utilization frameworks

- Employee Branding - people function branding and best in class processes
