Job purpose : This job requires collaboration with the senior leaders for devising strategy and managing the multi - location operations to derive results, challenge and improvise the quality of operations. Duties and Responsibility : - Shall be incharge of all warehouses of the company and shall be responsible for its complete operations - Implement efficient processes and standards. - Mentor and motivate team to achieve productivity, keeping then aligned them with the company values and goals. - Responsible to ensure client retention and delight, coordinating with the client service operations. - Coordinate with the various functions within the organization to manage internal and external deliverables. - Manage contracts and relations with the stakeholders - Clients as well as Growth Partners. - Spearhead the technology solutions in operations. - Ensure compliance with law, evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts. - Be at the forefront of the business development initiatives to work with the senior leaders in nurturing deals. - Led and managed 3pl accounts for multiple clients across the industries such as ecom, fmcg. etc is must. - High growth mind-set and hell bent on operational excellence and consistent innovation with proven precedents. Qualification: A postgraduate/MBA. Qualified leader with proven experience in outsourced operations management in senior positions. Required Skills : 1. Excellent communication and leadership quality 2. Familiarity with all business functions including HR, IT, finance along with operations 3. Experience with implementing IT solutions 4. Knowledge of data analytics, good with numbers and reporting 5. Analytical mind
