Job Description:
- The AVP Operations is responsible for fulfillment of all Talent Acquisition needs of a portfolio of customers for defined countries or service lines within IT Staffing practice.
- A smart, hardworking, enthusiastic individual with a passion for Sales, Talent Acquisition, Eye for detail and a flair for innovation.
The primary responsibilities are:
- Work Closely with the Business Development Team to understand the customer requirements for defined Geo's and/ or service lines
- Work with the recruitment team to allocate priorities
- Ideate and execute plans for improving efficiency and productivity in the service delivery process.
- Keep track of all new opportunities within the existing customer accounts. Ensure service delivery on all open requirements.
- Continuously train the team on new technologies, sourcing skills, relationship management skills, negotiation skills.
- Be hands-on recruiter on niche requirements and difficult candidates.
- Manage all candidate escalations.
- Continuously build the candidate database
- Closely track competition and market developments and define tactics.
Requirement:
- MBA from a Tier I / II Business School
- Prior experience in the HR industry, or IT Consulting Industry, or Outbound Call Centre Operations is preferred
- Experience and track record of achieving targets
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self Starter and ability to work in an unstructured environment
- Flexible to travel to meet customers in India and International
