Location : Chennai

Job Description :

- 12 -15 years of total experience into Retail Banking

- Candidates with experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, Commercial Lending, Commercial Mortgage, Investment Banking

Retail Banking :

- Training, supervising and appraising staff.

- Discussing the financial requirements of, and providing financial advice to clients

- Assessing and reviewing financial circumstances

- Processing payments and withdrawals

- Authorizing and evaluating overdrafts and loans

- Developing a network of local business contacts

- Promoting the bank's services

- Managing budgets and meeting targets

- Maintaining statistical and financial records

- Dealing with complaints.

Commercial Mortgage :

- Person Should Specializes in mortgage products and conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

- Can attract new customers for his organization through attending realty meetings and seminars. Can assist customers in determining the best type of mortgage for their needs as well as which one is most likely to be approved.

- Can negotiates with the customer regarding the terms and conditions.

- Responsible for collection of all required credit reports and financial information for all loan applications. He submits finished loan packages to underwriters to review.

- Should be responsible to makes sure that approved customers receive good service. He ensures that all requirements are met and providing overall satisfaction to the customers and the bank.

Commercial Lending :

Financial Services :

- Strong Analytical skills with an ability to synthesize

- Ability to deal with ambiguity, connect the dots and form the big picture

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Self-motivated, Go getters requiring limited guidance on daily basis

- Excellent understanding of financial services.

- Superior business application skills

Investment Banking :

- Can work as an advisor

- Underwriting stocks and bonds

- Responsible to raise money, Can perform a number of other functions as well.

- Research.

Asset Management - Responsible for managing huge portfolios for pension funds, foundations, Can select the right mix of stocks, debt instruments, real estate trusts and other investment vehicles to achieve their clients unique goals.

- Wealth Management .

Securitized Products : Responsible to raise capital.

- Should have experience with US clients

- Shifts up to 2 AM max.

- Candidate Should be comfortable with night Shifts.

Education : MBA in Finance or CA or post graduate in Finance
