Your Responsibilities:
- Creating SOP's
- Managing and executing Processes
- Creating MIS and business reporting
- Helping the technical team to develop system for all the processes and report.
Required experience:
- 7 - 12 yrs. of experience in relationship management, operational execution & business process development.
- The person should be primarily from a financial services sector, and should have worked out with central operations team (part of operations management and development)
