Responsible to assist the risk team in :

- Operational Risk Assessment with the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework, with a specific focus on risk analysis using KRI and RCSA.

- Ensuring review and implementation of Operational Risk Policy across various lines of business of SBU.

Key Performance Area (KPAs):

- Identifying KRI's in Value chain business with review of mitigants and controls.

- Aggregating and analyzing risk events reported in SBU.

- Performing root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future.

- Assisting the Principal Risk Owners and Principal Risk Coordinators with the identification of key risk indicators across business units.

- Monitoring the implementation of operations risk policy and SOPs.

- Assessment of mitigants and review of controls using periodic RCSA

- Assisting the CRO in preparing reports and management dashboards to the Operational Risk Forum and various Risk Committees.
