AVP - Operational Risk Manager - BFSI

I) Obtain a good understanding of the firmwide Operational Risk Framework, Internal Control Procedures and other associated policies / procedures

(II) Assist in the design of the annual RFDAR Assurance Review Plan and the related risk assessment process

(III) Support the execution of the assurance review plan by performing assigned tasks, including: walk-through of business process, assist team leader in drawing up testing plan, perform testing as outlined in testing plan, document work performed to satisfactory standard with appropriate supporting and audit trail

(IV) Form an initial view of whether business processes and controls are designed and operating effectively, with relevant discussion with SME's as appropriate

(V) Assist team leader in the collation and reporting of findings and agreement of remediation actions with area under review

(VI) Provide support and progress updates, promptly escalate any issues identified from testing

(VII) Assist team leader in preparing and reporting of regular assurance status management information to RFDAR management / stakeholders

(VIII)Stakeholder engagement: effective client interface to ensure successful and timely completion of reviews; build and maintain professional relationships within the business
