- To understand and support team implement global OR framework &amp; guidelines as per the newly introduced Non-Financial risk framework. - To support the implementation of operational loss capturing, analysis and reporting process - Monitor risk event escalations/reporting from various business divisions &amp; ensure adherence to Global OR Events Escalation Policy. - Invigorate the first line of defense with real end-to-end Non-Financial Risk (NFR) accountability. - Represent &amp; Participate in ARP meetings/provide guidance and policy interpretations, where required. Connect the outcome of ARP meet to quarterly ORMC, where appropriate. - To devise and implement the key risk indicators capturing, analysis and reporting process - To devise and implement risk control self-assessment process - To participate in ad hoc operational risk related projects (e.g. information security, deep dive, Scenario Analysis, Targeted Risk Assessment etc.) - To provide operational risk related training and convey the risk lessons to increase the risk awareness and foster a strong risk culture - To work very closely within LCC &amp; partner within the teams to provide advisory solutions to business problems by leveraging global ORM framework. - To develop and prepare operational risk reports/insights/metrics for business partners via periodic business engagements. - Review Incident Daily Summary - Daily event escalation to CEO based on first-hand information and facts, reported by - To act in proactive manner to assist the business unit and support functions to assess and manage their operational risk - To establish the best practice of operational risk management which is comparable to industry standards - Establish regional connect &amp; partnerships with stakeholders at all levels/juncture
