AVP - Operational Risk - BFSI

Core/Key Responsibilities (include below but not limited to) :

- Manage team of experts who will assist in rollout of risk and controls framework across BL's.

- Build governance with business lines and onshore business partners to cohesively drive ORM topics.

- Contribute/Manage Operational Risk Committee (Both local & Global).

- Innovate, Build and Drive - Awareness- campaign on Risk Management.

- Build and Drive KRI's to monitor key risk of organization.

- Assist in completing root cause analysis for incidents having financial impact greater than 10 K Euros.

- Understand business priorities and work towards creating short term & long term actions to achieve such priorities

- To address new security /risk concerns in processes

- Build common grounds (in terms of tools, processes) across all BL's for managing Operational Risk topics

- To establish best practices which is/are comparable to industry standards.

- To adhere to the Global ORM policies and guidelines, translate and apply to India Operations.

- Work cohesively other departments within Risk Team like Info Sec, BCM, IT Risk to drive common objectives of the team.

- Guide & Nurture team in building sustainable practices/process for managing Operational Risk.

Skills :

- Post graduate with experience of 15 years in Banking/Financial Services operations, ITES organization.

- Experience in Operational Risk/Compliance Risk.
