AVP-Operations (legal Backend Process)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- AVP Operations works with Direct, Operations to direct, define and supervise the day to day operations of the internal Legal Operations. This includes creating, implementing and executing on new Operational strategies, managing P&L and collaborating with other departments and groups to drive the success for the business.

- Oversees daily productivity and work efforts towards the achievement of operational goals to ensure budgetary targets are met

- People management and development of direct reports & their team member; Responsible for attrition, and employee engagement

DESIRED PROFILE:

Education - Business Management or Degree in Legal

Experience - 8-12 years of managing large operations, People management with large, multilayered teams.

Certification - Operations Management

PC Skills - Proficiency in MS Office

Other Skills - Attention to details, Learning Agility, and Ability to execute and bring initiatives to closure
