AVP - Mortgage Operations

- To head and lead the service delivery of US residential mortgage operations for a leading ITES Giant in India.

- To ensure smoot service delivery of Team of minimum 150 to 500 FTEs in the mortgage operations which
includes both Voice and Non Voice piece.

- Candidate should have hands on experience in handling US Residential Mortgage operations for leading BPOs
with minimum team of 100+.

- Should possess good domain expertise in Default servicing and Underwriting.

- Good Client facing expertise and exceptional leadership qualities.

- Transition experience will be of addedd advantage.
