AVP - MI Reporting

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Role incumbent is responsible for set up of Reporting processes with creation & development of reporting packs

- Creation and implementation of reporting system for centrally capturing information for Personal Financial Services, Insurance and Asset Management.

- Key responsibility is the relationship management with onshore business partners and local MI reporting teams.

- Understand business requirements and interpret data to provide meaningful analysis to facilitate business decision-making.

- Supporting annual/semi-annual AOP/ROP process. Ensuring the production related AOP is appropriately aligned with the Production team.

Skills & Experience Required :

- CA/CWA/MBA: 10-13 years of experience in Financial Control, Management Accounting and Group-level Consolidation.

- B.Com, CA (Inter) with 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis / Period-end close / Global Consolidation of a organization of similar scale within US GAAP, IFRS, IAS reporting framework.

- Should have knowledge of insurance products and processes.

- Should have knowledge of Financial Control in a Banking / Financial Services Environment with exposure to Banking products.

- Financial Audit is desirable but not essential.

- Strong working knowledge of Financial Systems is key (e.g. Saracen, Cognos, Hyperion, TM1 or similar)

- Experience in Data mining, analysis, Financial Statements, IFRS and Audit/Compliance.
