We have positions with one of the leading Consulting Firm.
Role - AVP – Merger & Acquisition
The jobholder will be working very closely with Vice president responsible for timely execution of assignments in Transaction support and Corporate Finance (including valuations/ diligence/ target search etc) and develop existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and analysis of business operations, financial statements, deal rationale, valuation multiples etc.
- Research and analysis of specific industry segment and preparing profile of potential targets.
- High quality presentations, reports, memos, emails (internal and external).
- Due Diligence support
- Business modelling and undertaking valuation based on various approaches
- Client meetings with support from AD/Managers
Requirement:
- CA qualified - max. 2 attempts in finals
- or MBA (finance)
Relevant Experience required: min. 2 years (post qualification) in the role of Due Diligence and valuation.
