We work closely with companies across all stages of its growth cycle by advising a mix of need-based options such as equity fund raise, structured lending, restructuring etc.

Qualification: CS/LLB/LLM

CTC: 18L PA (or Negotiable)

Job Description:

Main responsibilities included but not limited to:

Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of prior experience in Equity Capital Market (ECM)/Merchant Banking Division, including Valuation related services. The candidate shall have hands on experience of the following areas:

- Compliance Officer SEBI Exam passed or

- Merchant Banking Compliance Officer

- IPOs/Rights Issue/QIP/Open Offer/Buyback/Delisting

- Restructuring Analysis and Examining Financial Statements

- Business/Regulatory/Transaction/ESOP Valuations

- Valuation of Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets

Role & Responsibilities -

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, financial due-diligence and other merchant banking activities.

The candidate will be working directly with the client and the senior team. As the company continue to grow, the candidate's input will be essential for technical matters and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements -

- Experience of 3-5 years within the core ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank.

- Master's degree in CS/LLB/LLM

- Dual Certifications shall be preferred.

- Well versed with applicable SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA Regulations

- Good quantitative, written, and presentation and communication skills.

- Problem solving ability and able to deliver in given timeline
