AVP - Master Coach - Learning & Development Team

Master Coach role is a Learning & Development team member with the Quality team aligned as a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) coach to verticals.

- He is uniquely positioned to facilitate and enhance learning, application & embedment of LSS DNA and culture for accelerating transformation and change within the organization linked to business results. 

- The Coach will partner with the Vertical Process Excellence Group lead to identify and address key challenges & gaps on knowledge & application of LSS to enable - service delivery excellence
