Job Description :
- Create a strategic road map, setting goals & milestones for marketing, brand stewardship, customer experience & demand generation.
- Analyse and forecast of emerging marketing trends and business opportunities.
- Drive strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth/ compelling value proposition across industries.
- Work closely with sales or commercial team to provide specific input to the customer.
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
- Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.
- Setting expectations, reviews, mentoring/coaching, deciding rewards, recognition, bonus/ promotions, employee motivation/morale & people processes discipline.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Engineering or MBA Graduate having around 20 years of experience in Marketing for software product organizations.
- Experience in content creation/ management, demand generation, branding, analyst relation, PR/ events, digital marketing, Go to Market Strategy for diverse range of software products & verticals such as BFSI/ Govt./ Manufacturing/Healthcare etc.
- Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation
- Driving customer relationship programs.
- Experience of working with Consulting / SI for business development.
- Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.
- Strong communication, inter personal & problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.
