Responsibilities Assumed:
- Conceptualizing and orchestrating marketing campaigns that effectively reinforce and build brand images with various external stakeholders
- Drafting and publishing internal communication as per defined calendar & organizing crisis communications
- Expertise in the technical, conceptual and content development of sales, engagement -driving collaterals
- Creating, monitoring and managing all communication channels to ensure robust messaging
- Creating a brand image and conducting market research to understand target market behavior & reactions to strengthen the core of the brand further
- Creating divisional branding collaterals for campaigns and current initiatives which require creative support
- Building & working on presentations for senior management, from a branding perspective
- Ensuring a consistent brand presence and visual identity across all channels and media
- Enhancing the presence of the organization on social media, in line with the company's objectives
- Mentoring, training and developing a team of digital marketing specialists, graphic designers, content writers and social media executives
Prerequisites:
- Creative and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals
- Sound understanding of marketing strategies
Candidate Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field
Candidate Qualification:
- Post graduate in Marketing Communications
- Degree in Communications preferred
