This position is for a health &amp; personal care startup based in Mumbai Responsibilities : - Execute brand strategy through all forms of marketing communication - Execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as youtube, social media, influencer marketing, PR, etc. - Set up and lead in-house creative team which supports execution of marketing communications across all channels - Identifying trends / insights and taking appropriate actions for promoting brand's products - Brainstorming new and creative product / brand promotion strategies Ideal candidate : - Strong experience as a marketing/brand communications manager after post- graduation from a Tier 1 college is a must - Prior start-up experience or content strategy experience preferred - Team management experience will be a plus
