AVP - Marketing & Communications

Our client is a leading name in Banking and Financial Services with a large pan India Business presence. We are looking for a Marketing and Communications professional for Delhi office.

The Specifications are as follows:

Job Description:

This is a new role, and will eventually build into a dedicated MarCom Team. You are expected to:

- Develop/ execute overall enterprise-wide Marketing/ Communications/ and PR Strategy from the ground up, including both online and offline channels.

- Be responsible for the Brand and its usage, both internally and externally.

- Use media measurement insights to inform and guide media activity and communications planning.

- Writing and editing press releases, by-lined articles, white papers, & other materials (print + online).

- Providing support in preparing presentations and/or speeches for internal and external audiences.

- Overseeing external suppliers/ agencies, including preparing requests for proposal.

- Developing and managing budget, including cost tracking.

- Planning and executing national/ international events and activities.

- Collecting data from multiple sources, analysing it, deriving insights, and arriving at reasonable conclusions.

- Staying informed about developments in marketing/ communications to foster ideas/ innovation.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in BFSI related communications or public relations role preferred.

- Ability to work effectively with external & internal stakeholders across levels.

- Excellent verbal and writing/ editing skills (good copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills).

- Experience of managing programs and projects, developing briefs, plans, and procedures.

- Project management and analytical/ problem-solving skills; ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently whilst maintaining output quality.

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills

- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment

- Should have basic Financial Knowledge
