A. Position Purpose:  The candidate will be a part of the Brand team in the Marketing and Communication Department. He/She will carry out PAN bank brand initiatives as well those that cater to specific business needs - ATL, BTL, Customer engagement events, Thought Leadership platforms, branding merchandise etc.  B. Position Responsibilities:  Sr. Key Responsibilities  1 To maintain the representation and integrity of the Brand across different applications and mediums - ATL, BTL, print, digital etc;   2 Oversee the execution of the elements emanating from strategic partnerships and alliances to elevate the brand and ensure that brand alignment is intact and as intended  3 Formulation and execution of the brand plan as per timelines / annual calendar   4 Handle strategic/ tactical projects and be a conduit between the Business Teams, Technical & Operations Teams as well as the Central Marketing Team  5 He/She will be the brand custodian and therefore the candidate should have the ability to understand and translate what the consumers want, need, think and feel and bring that alive for the brand and credit card business.  6 Liaise with the creative agencies and other external vendors & partners and manage these relations  7 Propose innovative solutions and ideas in the branding space   8 Keep up with the competitive initiatives in the BFSI space   C. Qualifications and Experience Required:  Qualifications  Essential MBA with 6-7 years of work experience  Experience   - Essential Relevant exposure in marketing and branding  - Preferred Relevant exposure in marketing, branding and campaign management, along with research experience.  D. Competency Requirements:  Technical Skills  Skills Attribute  - Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies & processes, both offline and digital  - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management practices, strategies and technologies used to manage and analyse customer data throughout the customer lifecycle  - Knowledge of research and tools   - Knowledge of media (buying and planning)  Designing skills (Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc)  Behavioral Skills   Skills Attribute  - Detail & Task oriented  - Team player Can work in a corporate setup and across cross-functional teams  - Organised and disciplined  - Creative bent of mind  - Thinks design  - Can think of innovative ideas/ has applied them  - Proactive, committed and self-motivated individual- A self-starter  - Good writing skills is a must  - Good communication skills is a must
