Our Client is one of the leading Global banks with presence in over 140 countries and committed to their strong expansion plans within India. They are looking for someone who can play a critical role in their Marketing Analytics division with direct exposure to the Global Leadership of our bank.

Job Description

Reporting to the VP-Marketing Analytics your job responsibilities would include:

- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business needs and the possible solutions that you can bring forward.

- Leading a team of 8 to 10 people to action on large Volumes of data to bring the necessary business solution.
Liaison with the senior leadership of the business partnership of our clients.

- Motivating and leading Analysts / Sr Analysts and Managers who would be reporting into you

- Bring strong understanding of the tools and methods of statistics to bring the required solutions.

- Be able to communicate and present the complex solutions with a business perspective

The Successful Applicant

You should have at 7 to 10 years of work experience in analytics with at least a Master's in Statistics / Economics or a B. Tech from IITs / NITs. You must have strong exposure to marketing analytics and should have exposure to the mortgages portfolio of a bank. You must be familiar with techniques like segmentation, clustering and campaign management. In addition to this you should have shown strong client engagement abilities and should have a led a team successfully.
