Job location- Pune

Desired

- University Graduate with good honors degree

- More than 7 years relevant work experience in Financial Institutions

- Has previously worked in the financial industry and lead / managed sizable cross-border system implementations

- Excellent analytical skills, numerically competent

- Excellent Business analysis and functional specification design

- Extensive system / project implementation experience. Appreciation of system and data architecture in risk

- In-depth understanding of business processes, financial products, market risk management and regulatory requirements

- Excellent strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills

- Proficiency in MS office, MS Visio

- Excellent team player - The team has a reputation of being able to deliver with quality and upholding these high standards individually and as a team will be given the highest priority

- Excellent interpersonal skills - Confident, strong communication skills with good work attitude, proactive

- Effective time management - Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

- Excellent Analytical skills - Investigate issues with attention to details and accuracy

Roles

- Act as the Lead Subject-Matter-Expert for regulatory and strategic projects relating to market risk methodology.

- Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

- Chair and drive working group calls and ensure project delivery

- As a representative of the Business, liaise with IT for change delivery

- Effective and efficient communication skills (written and oral) at senior management.

- Manage a team of business analysts to perform in-depth requirement analysis, produce quality functional requirements document and execute UAT.

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day working of the projects and report / escalate as required.

- Produce timely and informative project updates and statistics for senior management meetings.

- Provide a forward looking view of the requirements and scope out upcoming projects.

- Participate and executing in strategic vision of the change team to build out a strong BA pool in Coe location.

- Guiding and directing the BA pool in order to keep the projects on track. Sense the risks and issues in order to mitigate them upfront.

- Be instrumental in working groups and steering committees which have diverse set of stakeholders.
