Position - AVP - Market Making Strategist (Quant Team)

1. Design, back-test and implement Market making models across multiple asset classes

2. Exploring trading ideas by analyzing market data to develop high frequency systematic strategies

3. Running & Monitoring strategies in live market - take active decisions to optimize style of running

4. Doing In-depth post trade analytics to serve as feedback loop in modifying and optimizing existing strategies

5. Taking ownership of complete book in 6-12 months

- At least 2- 5 years experience of developing & running Market Making strategies
