AVP - Market/Industry Research - KPO

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage multiple projects independently

- Ensure all output is of highest standards, and instill strong quality orientation across the team

- Team management - Adept at leading a 5-10 member team for a diverse range of FS clients

- Ultimate responsibility for team output, in terms of quality and timeliness

- Work with the Engagement Manager/s to actively manage clients

- Coordinate deliveries to clients. Responsible for client satisfaction

- Design and lead career development and training initiatives

- Actively involved in resource and infrastructure planning process for teams

- Contribute to internal goals and building-up research oriented culture will be a key attribute

Required Background :

- Masters in Management/Economics/Engineering from a top ranking institute. CA/CFA's or any progress towards securing a Charter will be an added advantage

- Sound financial knowledge

- Very strong communication skills - verbal and oral

- Organizational and team building skills

- Knowledge of key FS databases

- Manage deliverables and client expectations under pressure situations
