- Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities.

- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring and controlling important aspects of operational management like operational efficiency, cost control, quality standards

- Manage capital asset maintenance and updation of plant facilities and equipment

- Demonstrate leadership and maintain and build culture across the shop floor

- Incorporate customer feedback into omfg hperational objectives to drive synergy in achieving business plan.

- B.Tech/M.Tech with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control and program management

- Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements

- Proven leadership skills with ability to energize and develop all levels across the organization
