Position title : Manager/Senior Manager - ESG

Location : Corporate Office - Lower Parel

Department : Product Management

Organizational relationships:

- Reports to: Head - Product Management & Investor Relations

Purpose of the job :

- To ensure various Sustainability initiatives in the company in order to carry out further improvements on an ongoing basis.

- Candidate would be also responsible to to prepare and present BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report) in our Annual Report and to report our responsible investing practices annually to the UN - PRI

Key Responsibility : The role would involve establishing best practices in sustainability management in the company. BRSR reporting, UN-PRI reporting, etc.

- Effective coordination between various Functions of the company to implement.

- ESG Strategy.

- Interfacing with Investment Teams

- Behavioral Competencies: Should display high level of energy.

- Self-motivated and driven.

- Role Specific Competencies:

- Should have good communication skills (verbal / written)

- Formal Qualifications / Prior

Work Exp: Postgraduate with 8 - 10 years of experience
