AVP/Manager - Sales - BFSI

Job Description

- To Manage National Distributors like Bluechip Corporate and Regional Distributors like LKP Securities, Prabhudas Lilladhar, Emkay Global and Nirmal Bang Securities as well as IFAs across categories.

- Activation of IFAs in the Base category and newly empanelled IFAs

- Building a SIP book

- Equity gross and net sales achievement

- Strong participation in marketing initiatives of the organization

- Adherence to sales processes

- Driving various market objectives devised by the zonal head from time to time

Competencies & Personality Traits:

- Good Domain Knowledge, Communication skill and presentation skills.
