Job Description : - Play a pivotal role in company's growth by solving challenges related to fulfilling complex supply requirements for our clients. - Lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, material forecasting, capacity planning and sourcing, master scheduling, inventory control, selection of vendors, and financial costing, as necessary. - Create strategies by analysing information and processes to reduce cost and delivery timelines - Assist various company function in meeting key delivery targets as they develop, manufacture, store and ship products. Responsibilities : 1. Direct the activities of all functions involved in the logistics, Shipments, planning, warehousing and inventory controls 2. Manage operations from receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s). 3. Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of supply chain, vix reducing cost and delivery timelines 4. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to customs and cross-border trade. 5. Participate in existing and new product planning processes to assure timely acquisition of materials to support product launches. 6. Develop and manage quarterly and yearly departmental budgets. 7. Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective. 8. Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery and returns on product. 9. Understand accounting, legal documents and build lasting relationships as they increase efficiency and focus on warehouse optimization across multiple geographies
