AVP/Manager - Global Transfer Pricing - Investment Firm

There is an urgent opening with a leading investment in Mumbai for GLOBAL TRANSFER PRICING.

Looking out for only FEMALE candidates who is a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in finance.

DIVISIONAL OVERVIEW:

- The core responsibility of the Financial Control function is to maintain a strong controllership framework to ensure integrity of the financial statements reported to internal / external stakeholders.

BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW:

- The transfer pricing team is a global team and performs the calculations for the various financial activities the organisation engages itself in. With continuous evolving business environment, the team needs to be abreast with the knowledge updates and perform various modelling which best suits the organisations's model and is acceptable by the tax authorities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Review Daily and Weekly Transfer pricing calculations

- Prepare Monthly Transfer pricing calculation and MIS reports

- Ensure adherence to agreed timelines / SLA

- Support policy formulation / budgeting / regulatory reporting through TP modelling and analysis

- Participate in Global Transfer Pricing Project like BEPS Action items

- Abreast with Tax changes / Regulations that impact the function

- Liaison with different teams within Finance, sourcing and analyzing information

- Maintain regular and effective communication with offshore and onshore teams to highlight and resolve issues

- Participate in Powai initiative in line with finance goals.
