Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of all digital marketing campaigns including SEM, display, paid social media, and other emerging digital programs.
- Formulate business case and revenue generation model from digital products and present the same to business stakeholders and senior management
- Plan and optimize our paid search campaigns in Google
- Work with our content marketing team to develop and execute on our content distribution strategy including native advertising campaigns.
- Manage and transform www.equitasbank.com as standalone revenue generation platform . Manage partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to define, execute and monitor online sales from various online partners
- Manage and lead the social media communication
- Understand digital banking trends, competition USPs and identify opportunities for innovative digital products
- Serving as subject matter expert for our email platform and developing new creative and automation programs for client emails to increase customer acquisition, retention and engagement
- Manage the campaign management for Equitas Bank . Analyze and report on results aligning all digital platforms, Google Analytics and other internal data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with the emphasis in Marketing or Business preferred
- Ability to think through the entire spectrum of the customer journey and product value creation from business, sales, product and technology perspective
- Pro-activeness to identify new opportunities and partners for product development and form strategic alliance partnerships to generate revenue
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience managing SEM campaigns in Google and Bing
- Experience with paid social media marketing in LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Experience with display and other programmatic tools
- Skilled in using analytics tools including Google Analytics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work and prioritize in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
