About our client: Our client is a leading retail bank and financial services firm having an ecosystem of products across various asset classes. They are looking for hands-on professionals having good experience and understanding of customer experience analytics or credit card analytics. Scope of Role: - Collect, analyze, and interpret customer interactions data to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing the customer experience - Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to enhance relationships and mitigate customer pain points - Collaborate across multiple teams on root cause analysis and delivering customer insights to support decision making for our leadership team - Communicate the context and value of data analysis and models to stakeholders. - Use risk management tools and models to drive analytics for consumer lending products. - Track actual portfolio performance and credit risk management strategy results Desired Candidate profile: The desired candidate must have: - 5-8 years of related experience - MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics etc. - B.Tech or bachelor's in Computer science or any other stream Preferred Skills: - 5-8 years of work experience in the BFSI domain, preferably analytics or business consulting - Relevant experience in consumer lending/ credit card analytics/ reporting - Strong analytical acumen and willingness to learn - Working knowledge of Excel /SAS/ R/ Python
