Title: Manager / Assistant Vice President
Experience: 6 - 12 years
Purpose of the role:
To create a truly human workplace by building and supporting Total Rewards function - where people feel supported and know they are constantly growing and learning every day. Integrate holistic wellbeing of each employee into the larger business strategy. Develop and demonstrate good knowledge of Total Rewards function (Compensation, Benefits & Wellness)
Compensation:
1. Support the overall planning and execution of Year End (YE) Compensation exercise
2. Provide YE reporting support & data management through the year
3. Provide support for Compensation projects across India
4. Provide Market Intelligence through different resources like secondary research, networking with compensation professionals in other peer firms
5. Other BAU activities in Compensation Department including reporting, resolving HRBP queries etc.
Benefits & Wellness:
1. Planning and executing employee benefits and wellness initiatives
2. Work with internal & external stakeholders to execute the initiatives as per calendar
3. Translate proposed initiatives in physical, mental, social, financial wellbeing into executable programs, annual priorities and targets
4. Be accountable for measuring and tracking impact and effectiveness of the Benefits and Wellness programs
5. Relationship management with the vendor and monitor performance
6. Adhoc projects to enhance employee experience related to Total Rewards
Desired Profile:
1. Post Graduate with 4-8 years of experience in C & B
