AVP - Management Reporting - BFSI

Job Description :

Financial Planning :

- Revenue forecast across various business segments and the company as a whole.

- To prepare P&L Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statement for group companies under the Management Reporting framework.

- Automation of process & integration of various business data sources to improve internal and external reporting.

- Prepare & Analyze Business Plan across business segment and at group level.

- To Report market share across product to management & business

- Track & analyze industry peers on various key parameter

Budgeting & Forecasting :

- Budgeting & variance analysis across various business segments and the company/group as a whole

- To forecast the business plan across business segments and the company as a whole

- Liaising with business & function heads in relation to annual budgeting and analysis of variances

- To monitor income & expenses across business segments

Business Analysis :

- Evaluate various sources of business channels and providing snapshot to senior management for business decision making and control.

- Work close synchronization with Marketing & Finance department and senior management concerns to analyze, evaluate and implement strategic decisions.

- To Review reports on Employee, branch, Zone & pan India productivity of all business channels.

- Analyze and prepare internal reports on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.

- Analyze & prepare P&L of the entire business, segment wise on monthly, quarterly & annual basis.

- Prepare & analyze various reports to improve business across all segments

- Prepare and Implement cost optimization and cost saving plan across company

Desired Skills :

- Excellent Conceptual & Analytical Skills, Proficient at Excel/ number crunching

- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in Customer relationship Management (Both internal as well as external) as well as managing and motivating teams

- Problem solving supported by both in and out of the box thinking.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Updated knowledge of latest statutes
