AVP - Mall Leasing - Retail Space

Responsible for leasing of retail space in a premium mall of the city

Interact with prospective tenants of malls, approach key retail brands for leasing of space, liaise with IPC's etc

Maximize revenue & achieve optimum occupancy level for the centre, through an effective leasing strategy designed to achieve the right tenant mix

Review list of retailers/brands/product categories that can be approached & ensure that the right category and brand mix is maintained

Resolve retailers- queries, negotiate rentals & close deals through strong retailer relationships & good negotiations skills

Work out rent including the ROI to be achieved as per Business Plan and prepare viability sheet

Review the leasing tracker and mall occupancy / vacancy report on a regular basis

Strong Presentation & negotiation Skills, high energy & good with spreadsheets
