The Liquidity Project Manager will be responsible for:

- Line Management of up to 4 business analysts

- Working close with the Technology Delivery Manager align to this project

- Plan and control deliverables within their Liquidity Project. Raise risks, issues, dependencies as required to the Programme Manager

- Weekly reporting of project status.

- Management of project budget.

- Extensive liaison with business and technology stakeholders

The successful candidate will need to have excellent business knowledge around Finance and Accounting and experience in structured analysis to gather business requirements. The candidate will need to capture and document functional solutions with the necessary skills to engage with stakeholders and to work closely with Technology. Previous demonstrable experience within the project space is essential. Experience of having worked on similar projects with exposure to regulatory liquidity is desirable.

Essential Experience: (Must have skills)

- Under-grad (Any stream) & post graduation like MBA (full time), CA, ICWA, CS with an overall work experience of 9+ years.

- Prior experience in managing staff - must be able to supervise other staff (BA), direct their work, coach and support as required

- Ability to plan deliverables and formally track deliveries against the plan

- Experience in a Change Role

- Excellent communication skills. Be able to demonstrate experience of working and building strong business relationships in a changing and fast moving environment

- Business Analysis Skills. This includes creation of documents, e.g. Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Test cases, Test Plans

- Investment Banking product knowledge

- Experience of working in an environment with a strong customer focus, with experience of pro-actively working with demanding customers in a flexible manner

- Experience of implementation of change across the full project lifecycle

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a team

- Proactive and solution orientated

Supplementary Experience: (Desirable)

- Knowledge of Finance Control, Product Control, Financial, Statutory & Regulatory Reporting

- Experience within Treasury, Operations & Finance based business area

- Understanding of PRA enhanced Liquidity standards (BIPRU)

- Basel 2 / 3 knowledge and experience (specifically LCR and NSFR)

- Experience of executing a product implementation using agile methodology would be a plus.
