AVP - Life Insurance Product

- Responsible for driving central level initiatives for life insurance.

- Propose new innovative product features and ideas.

- Liaison with various departments internally life compliance/legal/risk/sales/HR/operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business as per regulations.

- Project manage in developing and managing products from an idea level to system development and successful deployment.

- Relook and define processes to improve customer on boarding experience.

- Regular product related reporting to business and internal stakeholders.

- Project Management of various initiatives and ensuring timely implementation

- Reviewing of system document and suggest modifications

- Maintaining and publishing the dashboard for all ongoing projects and initiatives and ensuring go live before the milestone date.

- Analyze end to end journey of products and suggest mitigations required to grow the business.
