AVP - Legal Outsourcing Practice

Requirements:

- Practice / Operating Lead: Strong Business Development, Leadership, and Program Management experience (minimum of 15 years), supplemented by direct operational, process, and domain expertise (Legal). Is a qualified Attorney.

- Domain Expertise: Mandatory direct 'full life cycle' Outsourcing experience, BPO in a specific domain (Legal outsourcing), supported by industry domain specific knowledge (ie. Financial Services, Insurance,).

- Facilitation Skills: Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals to extract, define, and document business processes towards a common conclusion. Ability to work across virtual teams both within EXL and the Client community in a hands-on manner.

- Program/Project Management Skills: Ability to scope goals/objectives, identify/size tasks & milestones, and manage/motivate a group (Clients)towards a common conclusion. Ability to work across multiple teams both within
