Role - AVP Legal ( Mortgage Industry)

Location - Delhi NCR

RESPONSIBILTIES

- In depth knowledge of regulated mortgages - i.e. loans to high net worth individuals secured by high value real estate in the India / UK / Europe Market

- Experience of finance documents

- Experience in property law

- Ability to sign off on the loan agreement, mortgage and the real estate due diligence that will be undertaken by external lawyers

DESIRED SKILLS

- Strong proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word & Outlook

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Qualified to practice law in India ( LLB / LLM)

- Over All Min 9+yrs exp post LLB / LLM

- 5-8 years of experience in working on transactions in other common law jurisdictions
