AVP - Legal - Financial Services/NBFC

Our Client is a leading Financial Services/NBFC headquartered in Mumbai -

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Individual with strong experience in managing high stake corporate commercial disputes, Arbitrations, Shareholder disputes, IBC, Contractual disputes, etc.

- Individual should be able to work on strict timelines.

- Individual should be a Team player and must possess team management skills.

- Individual should have excellent communication skills.

- Individual preferred working with NBFC, HFC or law firms.

Desired Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience in Financial Services sector post LLB
