AVP - Legal Entity Controller - CA - Investment Bank

Our Global Investment Bank in Mumbai looking for AVP LEC and AVP IFRS.

Shift Timings : 12 PM - 10 PM

Location : Mumbai

About Team :

Controller team of organization is an arm of Financial and Regulatory Reporting team across different regions. This team is primarily responsible for Preparation of Financial Statements via local and US GAAP; Regulatory Reporting and Group Consolidation.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for stabilizing and consolidating migrations, improving processes, and significantly delivering process efficiencies / review model.

- Lead a team and responsible for key broker / dealer entity controllership function in Mumbai

- Liaising with the entity Controllers and Consolidation group. Includes having an understanding of financial reporting and consolidation process.

- Needs to understand the Business and Structure of the Legal Entities assigned.

- Production of the monthly and year-end US GAAP Financial Statements. This includes P&L,

- BS, Off BS reporting, various schedules & disclosures as per the Regulatory requirement.

- Ensuring Financial statements are complete, accurate, prepared in a timely manner, and are in accordance with GAAP on a legal entity and a consolidated basis.

Desired Candidate Profile :

We are looking for only CA qualified first or second attempt.

He/she must have minimum 6 years of Industry experience in Financial reporting, preparation of financial statements .

Production of monthly . yearly financial statements.

Good Experience in US GAAP and IFRS.
